Lights Out!

This is a version of the classic electronic puzzle game released by Tiger Toys in 1995. [br][br]Try to turn off the lights (make all of the circles black) by clicking on the circles.[br][br]After you have mastered this task, see what patterns you can create. Are there any patterns that are impossible to create?
