1, 2, or 3 Part Piecewise Function

Piecewise functions have two or more function parts making them up. This is a demo allows the user to select a simple inequality, two part piecewise inequality, or a three part inequality as a function.[br]To create a compound like "less than or equal", type "<=" as a sequence of letters.[br]The slider near the bottom of the control panel allows the user to select the number of parts to use. The middle part should to be between the outer parts to be a function and must be a three part inequality as illustrated in the sample..[br]The check boxes allow the user to shade the domain of each segment specified.[br]You can enter any function into f1(x), f2(x), and f3(x) along with its matching domain.[br]If you desire to learn to write your own piecewise function, check the "How to write" box and the command will be written. To test you skill open GeoGebra on desktop.[br][br]You can place your mouse on the origin, press <shift> and scroll in/out to ZOOM the graph.[br][br]Also, holding <shift> while dragging the mouse will move the entire graph.
