This shows how to create an upper and lower bound of a sum using integrals. This sum is represented by the area under bars of width 1 and height given by the terms in the series. Select [b]Show lower bound[/b] or [b]Show upper bound[/b] to see the integrals that will bound the function. You can change the function being summed by writing e.g. [math]f(x)=1/x^3[/math] in the input bar at the bottom.
