How does an idea in this problem relate to faith?
If you try enough different wrong answers, you should get a response "Are you entering the wrong answer just to see what happens?" Sometimes that is a fun thing to do, if there are no consequences for an incorrect answer. For the work I do in preparing worksheets like this, I want to be sure I give an appropriate response for an incorrect answer. As a teacher, I want to give a helpful response so students can learn from their incorrect answer.[br][br]On a math contest or math test, in a rush or when flustered, a wrong answer might be given. One would NEVER intentionally put down the wrong answer. That scenario is almost laughable (and students do laugh whenever I suggest that).[br][br]Yet when it comes to man's sin problem, the intentional nature of doing what is wrong even when we know what is right, this is all too common. [br][br]God knew we all would have this sin problem (Romans 3:10-As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. Romans 3:23-For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.) [br][br]He knew where this problem would lead (Romans 6:23a-For the wages of sin is death).[br][br]He provided a solution to it (Romans 5:8-But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while were still sinners, Christ died for us.).[br][br]The solution is a gift to us (Romans 6:23b-But the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.) [br][br]However we still have to accept that gift (Romans 10:9 & 13-That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 13: For whoever calls on the name of the LORD will be saved).[br][br]What sets Christianity apart from other religions (which also recognize a sin problem and try to find solutions for it), is that God provided the solution. We just have to accept His solution, His son Jesus Christ.[br][br]Various versions of the Roman Road given above can be found in many places: http://isavior.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/RomansRoad-by-iSavior.pdf is close to the version I give above.
