Theater Seating

Where's the best seat in the house?!! Everyone has their seating preference when going to the movies. But what if someone has taken your favorite seat? Then what? How can you be certain to maintain the same viewing angle somewhere else?

1. Using the Polygon tool, create a triangle between the three points on the diagram. 2. Move the lower vertex of the triangle to your "favorite" seat in the theater. 3. Click the "Viewing Circle" box. 4. Assuming your seat is not available, choose another seat that lies on the circumference of the circle. Reflection questions: * How do you know that your alternate seat has the same viewing angle as your favorite seat? * How do theaters and concert halls decide the price of a seat based on its location in the hall?
