Create a Stable Square

Move the points A and B to change the position, rotation and size of the square. Notice that the construction is always a square - hence the title "Stable Square". Can you create a stable square with GeoGebra? (There are many ways.)

Assuming A and B are at grid points on the same horizontal, why is the area of the square always an integer? With the same assumption, is 2 a possible area? What about 3? What are all the possible areas not exceeding 20? What are all possible areas? ============================================================================================== Older: Assuming A and B are at grid points (any grid points). Can YOU find the area of the square using the calculator on your telephone? What key are we assuming you have?
