What can be done with Geogebra Books?
You can add explanatory text.
A textbook has text. You can supply your own or incorporate open-source material such as offered by organizations such as https://openstax.org. [br][br][br][br][br][br][br]Or peruse the offerings provided by users of Geogebra.[br][br]
Geogebra Interactives
It is very easy to add interactives made with the Geogebra platform. You can make your own or use and modify the many offerings from the world-wide Geogebra community.
Geogebra Example
Real-life example from Direct Measurement Videos
One great source for interactives is Direct Measurement Videos (http://serc.carleton.edu/dmvideos/index.html). As you can see below, the team at DMV do a nice job overlaying scales and supplying tools to make easy motion measurements.

Add a graphing calculator
The calculation tool I have my students use is Desmos. Reasons why can be seen at student.desmos.com (type in 52u56 for the class code). Below is that tool. You have students enter the data they collected from the above Direct Measurement Video and do the analysis easily. Try it out to see how easy it is.
Data Analysis via Desmos
You can add questions with feedback.
Following are some questions that students can answer and get automatic feedback. Note that you can add multiple-choice questions and typed-response.[br][br][br]Does the data show a linear tendency? Try both a linear regression on the data above and a quadratic regression. Which one looks to be the better fit?
Which is the better fit, the linear or the quadratic?
What are the units of the coefficient of the quadratic term of the best fit line?
What are the units of the coefficient of the linear term?
What are the units of the constant term?
Add Phet interactives
Another great source of interactives is from the Phet site (https://phet.colorado.edu/). [br][br][br][br]Below is one added to this worksheet.

Not perfect
While a worksheet using these resources can be a valuable addition to your teaching, they are not perfect. The biggest problem is that students need be connected to the internet to use the interactives. [br][br]And you can see that the overall format is very plain. While you can add font effects, and [math]y=-0.5t^2+25t+150[/math], you won't be able to make the text as nice as you might like.[br][br]However, as a way to get your students to use many of the great physics resources available to them, these Geogebra books are nice.
Uniform Acceleration in One Dimension
Adjust the initial position (x), initial velocity (v_0), and acceleration (a) of the car using the sliders. Press the "Run" button to observe the motion of the car.
