transformations by rotation

The original shape A is rotated to B which is rotated to C which is rotated to D You write rotational transformations in this format. "Shape A-> B is rotated 90⁰ clockwise, centre of rotation (10, 6)" To draw translations you can (should) use tracing paper. However, in general transformations are best done point by point. For 180⁰ the points are balanced on lines that pass through the centre of rotation For rotations of 90⁰ the points are balanced either side of the centre of rotation but lines turn 90⁰ at the point of rotation

Are all the rotations clockwise? What is the rotation B->D? What happens to D if you move the centre point "O" to left. The rotation from C -> D is 70 degrees (clockwise) what is the rotation from B to C? Describe the rotation D->A. What happens if you move shape A?
