[br][br]There’s an interesting  optical illusion. When the circles are traveling in and[br] out from the center to a stationary point, it looks as if the [br]arrangement is turning. This sketch lets you play with how many lobes, [br]how many circles, circle size, how much of each loop is filled with the [br]circles, and whether the circles travel on turning radii or stationary.
