The Tash Hauli palace was built from 1830 to 1838. Rooms and courtyards are abundantly decorated with glazed tiles. Walls are devided into pannels with different patterns in a mix of floral and geometric patterns.
The upper pannel in the middle picture is constructed with decagons ans ties.[br]The line patterns is realised as a wickerwork, accentuated by an extra black edge.[br]It illustrates that even a simple pattern can have its own cachet.
