[size=200][b]Draw a ray and name it "a"[/b][/size][br][br][color=#000000]A ray only has one end, but with GeoGebra you will need another point to indicate the direction you must draw it in.[/color][br][br][color=#9900ff]1st. The tools are grouped into families. To activate the "Ray" tool [icon]/images/ggb/toolbar/mode_ray.png[/icon], first you have to click on the "Line" Toolbox, then all the tools appear. Finally click on the "Ray" tool. Remember that sometimes the tools appear in two rows and you must move the tools upwards.[/color][br][br][color=#9900ff]2nd. Click on two different locations in the Graphics View (the Ray and two points appear).[/color][br][br][color=#9900ff]3rd. In the previous activities you learnt how to change an object’s name. Name the ray "a".[/color][br][br][color=#000000]First you can create two points with the "Point" tool [icon]/images/ggb/toolbar/mode_point.png[/icon] and then click on both points with the "Ray" tool [icon]/images/ggb/toolbar/mode_ray.png[/icon] (remember that the first point you click on will be the origin of the ray).
