Matt is using his binoculars and spots a bird at the top of a tree. The tree is a total of 26.8m tall and Matt is 1.8m tall. Using this information, answer the following questions.

Is the angle of depression the same as Angle B? Should it be?

Yes they are the same.[br]Angle B is the angle of elevation. The angle of depression and angle of elevation are alternate angles, hence will have the same value. (Stage 4 revision!)
