Fundamental frequency is computed as [math]f=\frac{nv}{2L}[/math] So set the Tension to 100N and the linear density to [math]0.76x10^{-3}\frac{kg}{m}[/math]. Now solve for the fundamental frequency, and set the frequency to that value
