[b]Step 1:[/b] Use the [color=#cc0000][b]segment tool[/b][/color] to create a line segment.[br][size=100][color=#1e84cc]Select the segment tool then click on the whiteboard in two different locations. Points A and B will automatically be created for this line segment.[br][/color][/size][size=100][br][b]Step 2:[/b] Use the [color=#cc0000][b]compass tool [/b][/color]to create a circle.[br][color=#1e84cc]Select the compass tool then click on the line segment AB (the line segment is defining the radius of the circle.[br]*If you're using a computer a circle will appear. Drag the circle over until point A is the center.[br]*If you're using an iPad a circle will appear when you click point A.[br][/color][/size][br][b]Step 3:[/b] Create a second circle centered at point B (repeat step 2 but center the circle at point B).[br][br][b]Step 4:[/b] Use the [color=#cc0000][b]move tool[/b][/color] to change the size of the circles.[br][color=#1e84cc]Select the move tool then click on point A or B and drag the point.[br][br][/color][b]Step 5: [/b]Scroll to the bottom of this page to see if your construction is similar to the image below. [br][br][b]Step 6:[/b] Use the ABC Text tool and type your name next to your construction.[br][br][b]Step 7: [/b][color=#cc0000]Use the "hamburger" menu[/color] in the top right corner and download[color=#3d85c6] a pdf of your work. Use your first and last name to name your download.[br][/color][br][b]Step 8: [/b]Attach the pdf to the assignment posted in Schoology.
