Construct equilateral triangle inscribed in circle using Method 2. Use the given segment as the radius for circle .

  1. Construct circle .
  2. Locate vertex . Continue around the circle, labeling points , , , and .
  3. Construct the sides of the triangle. Do not erase any of your markings. Triangle JLN is an equilateral triangle inscribed in circle .
