Then they are given A/2 paper sheets and the students place the blocks on the sheet. Using a strong light they direct it onto the structures and illuminate them from one side to cast shadows on the paper. They then draw the silhouette of the shadow using a pencil.[br][br]LESSON 2[br]They cut the silhouettes out and place them on another A/2 paper sheet (preferably black, or another colour) to create a pattern or structure. The next task is to glue the cut out shapes on the paper in a chosen rhythm. (The students should use the Logifaces to fill in the gaps and create patterns with white/light-coloured pencil).[br][/td][/tr]
