Challenge: The Circumcenter of a Triangle

The “circumcenter” of a triangle is the meeting point of the three perpendicular bisectors of the sides of the triangle. [br]The circumcenter is an equal distance from the three vertices of the triangle.[br]Note: The circumcenter of a triangle is the center of a circle circumscribed about the triangle (drawn around it). You can create a circle around the triangle, passing through all three vertices by constructing a circle centered on the circumcenter and passing through one of the vertices.
