Linear Combination of the Vectors

Definition
A vector[math]r^{\rightarrow}[/math] is said to be the linear combination of the vectors [math]a^{\rightarrow},b^{\rightarrow},c^{\rightarrow}.............u^{\rightarrow},v^{\rightarrow}[/math] if [math]r^{\rightarrow}=xa^{\rightarrow}+yb^{\rightarrow}+zc^{\rightarrow}+..............+tv^{\rightarrow}[/math] ,where,y,z,......t are the scalars. In the expression [math]r^{\rightarrow}=ai^{\rightarrow}+bj^{\rightarrow}+ck^{\rightarrow}[/math], the vector [math]r^{\rightarrow}[/math] is said to be the linear comnation of the vectors [math]i^{\rightarrow},j^{\rightarrow}[/math] and [math]k^{\rightarrow}[/math].
