Plotting a line on the graph

Plotting a line on the graph [br][br]To plot a line find two or more points on the line, plot them, and then connect those dots with a line. To find points on the line, choose any value for x, then plug that number in the function and solve for the unknown variable y. [br][br]The following video will show an example of how to do this.
How to plot straight lines using points on the line?
Practice exercises: [br][br]In the following exercises you only have to find any two points A and B on the line. To do this substitute any value of x and then for that value of x[sub]1[/sub] find the corresponding y[sub]1[/sub]. This give you point A that is (x[sub]1[/sub],y[sub]1[/sub]). Do this step for another value of x[sub]2 [/sub]and find y[sub]2 [/sub]for that value of x[sub]1[/sub] this should give you the point B. Now in the graph adjust your A and B according to what you got. After keeping A and B in the graph you will get the respective equation of a line. Try yourself! [br][br][br]
