Slope of Secants: #1

This applet demonstrates how the limit of the slope of the secant line through 2 points on a curve approaches the slope of the tangent to the curve at a point as the distance between the two points approaches zero.
Make sure you set x = 4. In precalculus, that point will remain stationary while the other point (x + h) will move close to x = 4.
