[color=#1551b5]An isometrie is a trasformation in which a plane figure moves, but its size and shape don't change: the object and the image are congruent.[/color] Un isometria è una trasformazione nella quale una figura piana si muove, ma la sua dimensione e la sua forma non cambiano: l'oggetto e l'immagine sono congruenti. In alcune trasformazioni isometriche la figura si sposta sul piano, in altre esce dal piano.
