The Birthday Paradox Simulation

The birthday paradox is to find the probability that, in a group of N people, there is at least one pair of people who have the same birthday. [br][br]In the simulation below, use the slider to set the value of N, the number of people in the group. Press the CLEAR DATA button to erase the[br]dot plot. Click on the PLAY ICON in the lower left corner to start the simulation.[br][br]The dot plot records the number of birthday matches for randomly generated groups of size N.[br][br]The paradox is when N=23, the probability of having a birthday match is approximately 50%.
