[justify]You can set up [i]GeoGebra Suite Calculator[/i] as a kiosk app for multiple devices managed through Google Workspace for Education. That way, the Chromebook starts [i]Suite Calculator[/i] on boot, and students are not allowed to switch to other apps. To do this, please follow these steps:[/justify][table][tr][td]1.[/td][td]Sign in to the [url=https://admin.google.com/]Google Admin Console[/url].[/td][/tr][tr][td]2.[/td][td]Go to Directory > [url=https://admin.google.com/ac/orgunits?authuser=0]Organizational units [/url]and create an organizational unit e.g. [i]GeoGebra Exam[/i] (or any group name you choose). This new OU should be nested under the OU that holds the school’s Chromebooks.[/td][/tr][tr][td]3.[/td][td]Decide which Chromebooks to use for the exam. Go to Devices > Chrome > Devices, select these Chromebooks, click Move, and move them to the [i]GeoGebra Exam[/i] OU.[br][/td][/tr][tr][td]4.[/td][td]As a next step, you will add the GeoGebra exam URL as a kiosk app that launches automatically.[/td][/tr][tr][td]5.[/td][td]In the menu of the Admin console, choose Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Kiosks, then select the[i] GeoGebra Exam[/i] OU.[/td][/tr][tr][td]6.[/td][td]Click on the yellow plus button in the lower right corner and add "Add by URL". Use GeoGebra's Special Exam URLs, like [url=https://www.geogebra.org/calculator?examMode=suite]https://www.geogebra.org/calculator?examMode=suite[/url], and click Save.[br][/td][/tr][tr][td]7.[/td][td]On the same page, next to Auto-launch app, select the exam URL that you added in step 6, then click Save.[/td][/tr][tr][td]8.[/td][td]Once these settings are applied, the Chromebooks in the GeoGebra Exam OU start the calculator app automatically when they are turned on (the standard Google sign-in screen does not appear).[/td][/tr][tr][td]9.[/td][td]After the exam, move the Chromebooks back to their original organizational unit.[/td][/tr][tr][td][/td][td][/td][/tr][/table]
