[justify]You can set up [i]GeoGebra Graphing Calculator[/i] as a Kiosk App for multiple devices managed through Google Apps for Education. That way the Chromebook starts [i]Graphing Calculator[/i] on boot and students are not allowed to switch to other apps. To do this, please follow these steps:[/justify][table][tr][td]1.[/td][td]Sign in to the [url=https://admin.google.com/]Admin Console[/url].[/td][/tr][tr][td]2.[/td][td]Go to [url=https://admin.google.com/ac/orgunits?authuser=0]Organizational Units [/url]and create an organizational unit on the Google Admin Console called [i]GeoGebra[/i] (or any group name you choose).  This new [i]OU[/i] should be nested under the student [i]OU[/i] for the respective school.[/td][/tr][tr][td]3.[/td][td]Decide which students should have access to the [i]GeoGebra Kiosk App[/i].  Change the organizational unit on the students’ account from their current [i]OU[/i] to the newly created [i]GeoGebra OU[/i]. [/td][/tr][tr][td]4.[/td][td]As a next step, you will add [i]GeoGebra[/i] as a Kiosk App that will automatically launch.[/td][/tr][tr][td]5.[/td][td]In the menu of the Admin Console, choose Devices > Chrome > Apps & Extensions > Kiosks [/td][/tr][tr][td]6.[/td][td]Click on the yellow plus button in the lower right corner and add the [i]Graphing Calculator[/i]. You can search for it on the Chrome Web Store or select Custom App and enter the following properties:[br]ID: ajijpokmmljpgdacmnejdjkbjjpjjekj[br]URL:[url=https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx] https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx[/url][/td][/tr][tr][td]7.[/td][td]On the same Device Settings Page, under Kiosks > Auto-Launch Kiosk App, select the app.[/td][/tr][tr][td]8.[/td][td]Make sure the devices you want to administer the exam with are under the organizational unit you select for the Kiosk App.[/td][/tr][tr][td]9.[/td][td]Once these settings are applied, students who are in the new [i]GeoGebra OU[/i] will have the calculator app automatically launch when the Chromebook is turned on (the standard Google login screen will not appear).[/td][/tr][tr][td]10.[/td][td]When the [i]GeoGebra[/i] [i]App[/i] is not being used, students should be moved back to their original organizational unit.[/td][/tr][/table]
