On the left in the lower group of mausolea, before the big stairs, there's a mausoleum two domes, called the Qasi Zadeh Rumi mausoleum, after the astronomer who worked at the Ulug beg observatory.[br]The building dates from the first half of the 15th centuy, what makes it the youngest monument of the complex.[br]You can clearly see the difference in style. Whereas most mausolea are abundantly decorated with blue glazed tiles, the style if this building is similar to the three madrassas on the Registran, dating from the same period.[br]Middle 20th century one thought it was built by Ulug Beg on the grave of the astronomer Qazi Zadeh Rumi, but archeological research pointed out that the crypt contained the remains of a young woman.
