Dilation on a Line

Dilation all Points on a line
Make sure point D is on the line segment AB by making d=0. Move the slider to dilate. Observe: If the center of dilation D is on the line being dilated, what happens to the line?
Make sure point D is NOT on the line segment AB by moving point D up or down, out of the line. Move the slider to dilate. Observe: If the center of dilation D is NOT on the line being dilated, what happens to the line?
If the original line is the same as the dilated line, what happens to the equation of the line of the dilated line after the original is dilated?
If the original line is parallel to the dilated line, what happens to the equation of the line of the dilated line after the original is dilated?
