Graph Transformations

Why does the graph go left when you add one to the input? These are geogebra files used in my youtube videos on graph transformations at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnYszOhEIIdIMYyNx2yjwfg, which explain that, and a whole lot more, using "ants". The first chapter is from the first video, and covers roughly the material in the A level syllabus. The second chapter comes from the second video, which take the same ideas much further.
