Reuleaux calls this series of mechanisms "combined chains". In this case we have a four bar slider crank with a planetary gear. The slider crank is discussed in Models C-2. Planetary gear trains can be viewed in the Voigt model series G. Reuleaux discussed the "O" series in a section of his book on kinematic synthesis. (See below) He attempted to use his symbol representation to show how permutations of the kinematic pair symbols were equivalent to generating new and related mechanisms in a certain family of linkages.
