I was looking at one of Regolo Bizzi's spirally polygons and got wondering how to replicate it or generalize it.
Eventually I decided to use a string art kind of element, rotate that, and then dilate it. The sketch is pretty flexible and can make many different effects. Hope you enjoy it!
