This question was posed a few weeks ago in m641 at GVSU. Can you get complete the circle, but you can't cross over the water at any point for any reason.
The answer hit me while driving home from teaching. I jumped on the computer and finished quickly. Reflection over a line was the new idea that made it work a lot simpler.
