Chapter 1 collect instruction templates and examples, chapter 2 collects practice templates and examples and chapter 3 contains a settings file for those who want to change the settings of GeoGebra to the same as the templates and examples. To change your settings, open this file in GeoGebra, then in the menu, select Settings - Save settings...
