Project this activity on an interactive whiteboard, and get students to come up to the board to make the random equation. Alternatively they can do this on mini-whiteboards.
Lots of options available: draw graph from equation (both y=mx+c and ax+by=c); deduce equation from graph; find gradient and y-intercept of graph. All in one activity.
