Tangent Graphs: y = c + a tan [b(x – d)]

This applet is designed to let you investigate the graphs of tangent functions. The function being graphed in blue is: y = c + a tan [b(x – d)]. This graph can easily be compared to the graph of y = tan(x) that is graphed in red. Use the sliders to change the values of a, b, c, and d.
