Two tangents from the same external point.

This can be used as a teacher demonstration or students self directed learning. Manipulate the the points to change the lengths of the tangents. Be sure to remind students that the lenghts we are measuring is actually the[b] line segment[/b] from[b] the external point to the circumference where the tanget touches the circle[/b]. Because in truth, a tangent to a circle is an infinite line.
