Points of Concurrency and Building an Airport

Students investigate the meanings of some of the points of concurrency for a triangle in terms of a real life situation - three cities have airports, where is the optimal place for a fourth that will service all the others? Students have to decide what optimal means here (and there are certainly different answers).
