Sean is playing the lottery. He randomly picks any 10 digits (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9) in 5 places. If he gets the first 3 numbers correct, in the correct order, he wins a small prize. What is the probability that Sean gets the first 3 numbers correct and wins a prize?
