I added frequency to my distribution RV Sigma.
Students Distribution, which is the Inventor of the Standard Deviation formula, ( Purple Formula );
Student's Distribution has 3 parameters, and models both the Normal and RV Sigma Distributions easily; and is the Standard- (students), to which, all Distributions should be compared.
