Visualizing Solids of Revolution and Volumes
This applet provides a visualization of the solid of revolution generated by revolving the region bounded by the y-axis, y = 4 and [math]f(x)=x^2[/math] about the y-axis. There are options to display the solid of revolution and/or an approximating disk and/or an approximating shell.
