A simple workspace to encourage learners to discover the angle sum at a point.
Warning: since the angles displayed are rounded to the nearest degree it is possible to get an answer of slightly more or less than 360 degrees. Be prepared for this and be ready to explore why this may be so. It's worth noting that if pupils had drawn the shape using pencils and protractors, the error would most likely have been even greater.
Another 'glitch' is when one angle is reflex (more than 180 degrees). Geogebra wants to measure the smaller of the angles between the lines, so this results in returning the value 360 - (the reflex angle).
I'll have a look at seeing whether I can eliminate this problem. Any suggestions are welcome.
