Copy of Angle Formed by 2 Tangents (V2): What Do You See?

Applet allows the student to informally discover that the measure of an angle formed by two tangents drawn to a circle, from a point outside the circle, is equal to half the (absolute value of) the difference of the measures of both arcs they intercept.
