This applet is suitable for classroom demonstration on the calculus of integration and concept of estimating areas using infinestimally small rectangular slices.
The applet shows convergence of the upper and lower estimates of the area using the rectangular slices to the value as given by the definite integral.
The pupils can also use the applet for self review of the concept.
