Steiner's Theorem

As a point revolves about the circumcircle of a triangle, the Simson Line with respect to that point generates the family of tangents to a deltoid, whose center is the Nine-Point Center, whose inner tangent circle is the Nine-Point Circle of the triangle, and whose cusps are located on the three lines passing through the Nine-Point Center that are perpendicular to the sides of the first Morley Triangle
