The "Trace Height" button in the lower right corner will allow students to trace the height of P as it moves around the circle. Ask students what t is measuring, and then press "Show Guide Circle" to map it on the diagram. The "Show Guidelines" button will help students find an equation for the height of P. Then they can test their equation against the trace of P.
