Fish Mixing

Fish Mixing: N fish of species A live in a lake. M fish are removed from the lake by fishing and M fish are restocked every week. The restocking process mixes species A and species B. What is the long term effect of the two populations in the lake. N is the size of the total population, M is the number of fish taken and then restocked in a given week, frac is the percentage of M restocked with species B, and MaxIter is the maximum number of iterations. Control the sliders to vary the effects of the parameters. The red plot shows the proportion of the lake's populated that is species A and the blue plot shows the proportion of the lake's population that is species B.
