Amplitude of a Sinusoid

This can be used to explore the effect of the parameter [i]A[/i] on the graph of [i]y[/i] = [i]A[/i] sin([i]x[/i]) or [i]y[/i] = [i]A[/i] cos([i]x[/i]). Use the input box to use either [i]g[/i]([i]x[/i]) = sin([i]x[/i]) or [i]g[/i]([i]x[/i]) = cos([i]x[/i]). Use the slider to change the value of [i]A[/i].. The red graph is the graph of [i]y[/i] = [i]g[/i]([i]x[/i]) and remains fixed for reference.
