Calculus Dog--Run or Swim?

The classic problem...a frisbee is thrown out into a lake. A dog runs along the lake shore and then jumps into the lake to retrieve the frisbee. The dog can run faster than he can swim. At what point should the dog enter the water in order to minimize the time it takes to retrieve the frisbee?
