The Modified Sine Function

This worksheet allows the student to visually identify the effects of translations of the graph of [math]\sin(x)[/math] to the form [math]f(x) = a \sin(b x + c) + d[/math]. It also provides practice in calculating the period, amplitude and phase shift. Created by Kathryn Brenneman for MA 111 at NC State University, Fall 2012.
