This was developed to assist students in learning how to graph rational functions in the classical non-technology methods. The student is guided in finding the x- and y-intercepts by factoring the numerator and denominator. The student needs to find the degree of the numerator and denominator, the initial and final coefficients, plotting the points, asymptotes (vertical, horizontal, oblique or end behavior), find the removeable discontinuities (holes),
