Relationship between the graphs of e^x and ln x

This applet provides students with the opportunity to recognise the symmetry between the graphs of e^x and ln x. The line of symmetry x-y=0 can then be revealed. It can be shown by means of included points that each point on ln x is the image of a point on e^x reflected in the line x-y=0. This is one example of inverse functions.
