Equation of the line in gradient intercept form

The graph of a linear function is shown. Use two points on the line and the formula [math]m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}[/math] to find its slope. Write the equation for this line using the point-slope form, [math]y-y_1 = m(x-x_1)[/math]. Then, rewrite the result in slope-intercept form, [math]y = mx + b[/math]. Use the slope-intercept form to determine the [math]y[/math]-intercept, [math]b[/math].
