Designed so that students can investigate the relative nature of angle measure by comparing a degree fraction (ratio out of 360) with the fraction (ratio) made by comparing arc length to circumference of two different circles -- designed for use in 4th grade so the arc length and circumference may need to be described as the circles and their parts "rolled out" onto the table.
